PRIVATE PAY
For anyone who doesn’t have insurance, is out of network/isn’t in network with insurances that I accept, or just doesn’t want to use their insurance - I have a private pay rate of $125. For certain cases, I do offer a sliding scale cost if requested. If your insurance is out of network, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
